Hopi Hills signature autumn pork sausage made with all Akaigawa pork and Hopi Hills shiso. While this sausage tastes delicious charcoal grilled, we highly recommend boiling and eating with a ponzu sauce.  The sent of Shiso is strong, and the sausage is not smoked to ensure this.
